I've been a childminder for 11 years --- I work alongside/with another childminder who has been a childminder for 15 years
I am married and have two grown up step children. My colleague is also married and has one grown up son
The service we offer is in line with the updated Ofsted EYFS Framework ------- We make learning and development fun ----- The children play not knowing they are absorbing information and gaining new skill levels. We use many different media to keep abreast of all changes in our profession to ensure the quality of care and learning we provide is of the highest level
We have a huge range of equipment & resource to draw upon, and to bring out the best in every child.
We are PACEY (Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years) members , Childcare.co.uk & Historically members of Warrington Registered Childminders Association.
We believe children thrive on love and praise so with this in mind Each child is encouraged to be the best they can be and every achievement is recognised and praised.
In order to have achieved Ofsted Good in ALL areas we have been stringently inspected and been able to prove continuous improvement across/ throughout All areas of the setting - which we review 'in house' in regularly including parental feedback and suggestions for further improvement.
